Digital Keys
Once a digital key has been activated, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, except if it's faulty. In such cases, we'll either replace it or issue a refund.
Lifetime Guarantee: We offer a 365 days Guarantee for any malfunctions or damage caused by the manufacturer. If you experience issues, reach out to us, and we'll help resolve them.
Issues with Product Codes
Should you encounter any problems with your product code, contact us with a detailed description and screenshots. Please note, resolving these issues may take a few days as we coordinate with our suppliers.
Faulty Activation Codes: If we verify that your activation code is faulty, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. We ensure you either get a working code or your money back.
Non-Returnable Codes
Once a game or software code is delivered and activated, it's non-returnable and non-refundable. If issues arise post-activation, we'll assist as best as we can. For technical issues with the software, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Activated Codes: Once a code has been received and activated, the order cannot be canceled as the code is permanently linked to your account.
Product Enjoyment: We do not offer refunds based on personal preference once the code is activated and linked to your account.
Order Management
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any orders we suspect to be fraudulent or suspicious, providing a full refund in such cases.
Order Modifications: If you need to cancel an order before it's processed, contact us. There may be a small fee from the payment provider for cancellations due to a change of mind or ordering error. We're here to help rectify any mistakes.
Pre-Ordered Products: Refunds for pre-ordered items are processed only before the code is sent to you, to prevent pre-order fraud.
Refund Information
